Numbers Talk is a free entrepreneurship training program that assists low-income female heads of households with launching their business with individual development accounts and small business financing. Through a collaborative partnership between our organization and Oakland Livingston Human Services Agency, we provide a matched savings accounts of up $2,000 to qualified low-income entrepreneurs.
